Private repairs

If you have a damaged luggage that has not been damaged during the flight and for which there is no guarantee, we can still repair it for a fee.

And that’s how it works:

  • You send us pictures of your damaged luggage by e-mail to privat@dolfi1920.de
    This should always be done before delivery to our repair location to check in advance that a repair is possible and that we have the necessary spare parts in stock.
  • We evaluate the damage and calculate the costs.
    We will then inform you of the price of the repair.
  • You send us your luggage/ you receive the spare part.
    You can either use a courier service or bring it yourself to our repair centre. Alternatively, we will send you the required spare part for self-assembly.
  • We repair your luggage.
    The average processing time is 7-14 working days (incl. shipping time).
  • We ship it.
    Either we send the repaired luggage to an address specified by you or you pick it up at our premises.

The payment of all repairs / requests for spare parts subject to a charge will be made in advance. You will receive an invoice by e-mail or, on request, by post.

The payment in our workshop in Kelsterbach is only possible in cash.

In addition to the classic repair of all makes, we also accept customizing orders. Both conversions and custom-made products are possible.
