Alternate baby stroller: When, to whom, how
As part of our service, we offer alternative strollers free of charge for the time we place an order or exchange for you with a processing time of more than 2 weeks.
If we picked up your baby stroller, and you don’t have it longer than 5 business days, you’re entitled to receive an alternate one.
We have a limited variety of alternate baby-strollers colours and models, so we cannot promise to deliver the exact colour or model, still, we’ll make all efforts to offer the best match for you. Please keep in mind, it is only a temporary solution,
Before shipping an alternate baby stroller, we do the intensive cleaning and sterilize each baby stroller to make sure it is neat and hygienic.

- A: You are an airline's priority passengers (i.e. HONs, Gold Card holders, etc.)

- A: Let us know, by phone or e-mail. We will ask you a few questions, to make sure that we send you the most suitable baby stroller.
- Q: You sent me an alternate baby stroller. How long can I use it?
- A: As long as you need it, or until we deliver your repaired/new baby stroller. If we forwarded your case to the airline for further processing (i.e. for financial refund), then we’ll pick up the stroller as soon as your case is closed in our system, which means as soon as we have forwarded your case to the airline.
- Q: What types of alternate baby strollers do you provide?
- A: We offer, based on availability, pushchairs and prams.
- Q: Can I choose a specific (i.e. colour, size, model) alternate baby stroller?
- A: We have a limited range of alternate baby strollers colours and models, so we cannot ensure that we will deliver the exact colour or model. We’ll make all efforts to offer the best match for you, though. We will send neutral colours and try to match it to your child's gender. Nevertheless, keep in mind, it is only a temporary solution.
- Q: I have some concerns about using an alternate baby stroller that was previously used by others
- A:We totally understand. That’s why we do the intensive cleaning and sterilize each baby stroller before we ship it to the next customers. Despite the fact that the alternate baby strollers are used, they are totally clean and hygienic.
- Q: I enjoyed my time with the alternate baby-stroller. Thank you. How do I return it?
- A: Let us know. We’ll pick it up. Make sure that the alternate baby-stroller is clean and tidy, and that all parts are being returned to us.
- Q: I received the alternate baby-stroller. It’s damaged. What shall I do?
- A: Let us know. We’ll pick it up and send you a different one.
