Pick up
If your luggage has been damaged, we must arrange for it to be delivered to one of our repair locations. In such situations, every customer has the option of using our door-to-door service, so you don't have to worry about transporting your damaged baggage. Everything is organised by us and our partner - the GLS courier service. It works in all countries covered by us.
GLS Pick up Hours
GLS couriers are available Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. If your luggage needs to be delivered to our workshop, we will contact you to arrange a pick-up date on a specific date. You give us the address (it can be your home or workplace) and the courier arrives on the agreed day to collect your luggage.

To Wrap or Not to Wrap? That Is the Question!
You don't have to box your luggage. The courier picks it up the way it is.
However, if you want to avoid possible transport damage, you can put your luggage in a carton or plastic bag.
IMPORTANT: we always ask you to include all the necessary documents(damage report, baggage tag, boarding pass, etc.) inside the luggage so that we can identify the case and owner. Please never give the documents to the courier.
Chronopost in Portugal
In Portugal, you can also use Chronopost's services if we cannot arrange GLS collection with you. To arrange a Chronopost collection, we will send you a letter to be printed out. You can then choose from 420 parcel shops throughout the country and bring your damaged suitcase (together with the letter) to one of them.
