Apart from dealing withairline claims and private orders, we also take up warranty cases of our partners – baggage manufacturers.

To have your baggage repaired under warranty, please contact us at one of the above email addresses and provide us with photographs of the damage and baggage. The picture may help us to determine whether the baggage is repairable or not, or whether we have the required spare parts on stock that needs to be replaced.
After we have received all the necessary information, you can send us your luggage for repair or we will send you the spare part for you to assemble yourself.
If you live nearby, the luggage can be dropped off directly to us on site and you can wait for the repair. Repairs sent in do not take longer than one week, unless spare parts have to be ordered.
IMPORTANT: According to the manufacturer's warranty, the costs of transporting the luggage to our workshop has to be payed by the customer. You can use a courier service or hand it in personally at our workshop. Repairs and returns are free of charge.
Usually, all transport damages and damages resulting from improper handling and normal wear and tear are not covered by the warranty.

Unlike the statutory warranty, the warranty is a voluntary additional service of the manufacturer. All services are therefore solely determined by the manufacturer.
